Our Mission
Offering affordable private drum lessons in Denver and many areas of the Metro area for all ages and levels. There is a strong focus on proper technique, but the real goal is getting down to the point of creating music and expressing one’s own creativity. My approach to teaching goes deep into technique and musicality, and I have developed and recorded many tracks to aid students in learning songs, playing with dynamics, keeping solid time, trading solos, interacting with a soloist, and being familiar with multiple genres.
I offer one-on-one lessons and students can opt to take lessons in the comfort of their own home, or at Teo’s private studio in Centennial, which is always done on 2 acoustic drum sets unlike a lot of other places that use electronic drums. Lessons can help students explore various musical styles including: contemporary, classical, jazz , fusion, metal, country, folk, blues, funk, and rock. Teo can also help prepare students for university and conservatory entrance auditions, music school exams, recitals, and competitions. Choices of one hour, 45 min, and 30 min are available.
